  WOW... DONT GO TO NBS TAX SERVICE. We had our taxes prepared and now im getting letters from the irs stating that i didnt file correctly and have to pay fees and penalties in excess of 4k. My parents have been going to nbs for more than 8 yrs and on three occations the same has happened to them. Thought it was just the employees- not true the owner Nelson hung up on me 4 different times requiring me to call back to get a resolution, not professional at all and very immature. I would call and get his receptionist and she would tell me he would call back today but no call ever...I would have to call each day to get hung up on or told it was corrected. I called the irs to find out the status only to find out nothing had been sent to the irs from NBS correcting what they screwed up... when i asked for a refund i was told absolutely not we did your taxes. so needless to say i wont ever go back and ill probably have to pay to get it fixed!! THANKS NBS TAX SERVICE.
